This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 4277-ACJRJT for Acciona WEP Holdings Inc., ACS WEP Holdings Inc., and Fluor WEP Holdings Inc. operating as Windsor Essex Mobility Group GP, for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from five wells related to dewatering activities, located in the City of Windsor, Ontario.

The ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to 2670474 Ontario Inc. operating as Keay Contracting for continued use of one dewatering trench for the disposal of hauled sewage.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Jones Falls Hospitality Inc., for the modifications and updates to existing four sanitary sewage treatment and subsurface disposal systems, serving a seasonal hotel/restaurant - Hotel Kenney, located at 59 Kenney Road, in the Township of Rideau Lakes, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 0184-CB3RN8 for 1712028 Ontario Inc. was issued on February 17, 2022 for pit and quarry dewatering purposes in the City of Port Colborne, Ontario.
