Water will be taken from one pond for pits & quarries dewatering, aggregate washing, and dust suppression purposes, located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 4382-DQDRP6 has been issued to Carleton Golf and Yacht Club, for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one well, one watercourse and one pond.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3191464393 (version 2) has been issued to R. W. TOMLINSON LIMITED on March 6, 2026. Water will be taken from one pond for quarry dewatering, dust control, and aggregate washing purposes in Kemptville, Ontario.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval No. 3421-C7WPBN to Osprey Valley Resorts Inc. for the on-site sewage systems servicing facilities at the Osprey Valley Golf Course located in Town of Caledon, Ontario.

A new PTTW 4127-BN4LGF has been issued to Développements Limoges Inc. on April 16, 2020 for taking water from a water filled sand pit for the Calypso Theme Water Park located in Russell, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2020.

Permit to Take Water No. 3442-BEUKU5 was issued on October 7, 2019 to CRH Canada Group Inc. with an expiry date of November 30, 2022.

We have approved a new Permit To Take Water No. 7801-BEEJUD for 225600 Investments Limited for construction dewatering purposes.

An amendment Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to TRG-KFH (Lakeside) Inc. for modifications to the originally approved sewage treatment and disposal works serving Legacy Resort Cottages located at 1040 Juddhaven Road, in the Township of Muskoka Lakes.

The ministry granted an Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Dundas Parkway Centre Inc., located at 2263 Dundas Street, in the City of London.

Bill 139 received Royal Assent on December 4, 2023.
