Environmental Compliance Approval Number 5350-D23QHD was issued to Cielo Vista Farms Inc. for the stormwater management works relating to agricultural greenhouse expansion, located in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.

The application for Permit To Take Water for First Quantum Minerals Ltd. Water from one pond for industrial and domestic water supply purposes at the Winston Lake mine site was returned to First Quantum Minerals Ltd. on September 16, 2021, as the Permit was no longer required by the applicant.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to 2780530 Ontario Inc., operating as Ridge Farms, for the stormwater management works serving Phase 1 greenhouse development with 14.43 hectares of catchment area, located at 2461 Albuna Townline (County Road 31), in the Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Ontario.
