We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No.1135-CHLL2Z, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 6811-8VQNLC, for HK Travel Centres GP Inc., as general partner for an on behalf of HK Travel Centres L.P. Water will be taken from two wells for water supply purposes serving the Odessa ONroute Service Centre, located in Kingston.

An amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval No 7625-5GVQTH was issued to CertainTeed Canada, Inc. to include proposed upgrades to an existing stormwater management system servicing a gypsum processing and drywall board manufacturing facility, located at 2424 Lakeshore Road West in Mississauga, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 5568-BCPLNU was issued to Maple Downs Golf and Country Club Limited, with an expiry date of June 10, 2029.

This permit cancels and replaces permit number 5872-ASYHTK.

This decision is for the amendment and renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 7806-8JGJDM for Compass Minerals Canada Corp. to decrease the water taking from the two wells.
