The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to The Regional Municipality of Durham for construction work that will adversely impact Redside Dace and its habitat. The location of the bulk sampling is a near surface rock outcrop with light overburden, in a forested area.
