A decision was made to approve a site-specific amendment to remove certain lands in the Town of Oakville from the Parkway Belt West Plan (PBWP) and the associated Minister's Zoning Order (MZO), filed as Ontario Regulation 481/73.
The PBWP amendment is approved as amendment No. 247 and the MZO amendment is filed as Ontario Regulation 48/26.

The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has received requests from the owners of property at 636 Bay St., 70 and 100 Edward St. to amend Map No. 345 to Minister’s Zoning Order, Ontario Regulation 10/24, that applies to lands in the City of Toronto.
On March 5, 2021, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 171/21 (O.Reg. 171/21). The Town of Caledon requested that the Minister consider making a Zoning Order.

We have expanded the boundaries of 19 protected areas (15 provincial parks and 4 conservation reserves) and corrected the name of Chapleau Nemegosenda River Provincial Park. We decided to revoke O. Reg. 326/09. As of July 1, 2021, timelines for all generation types seeking grid connection assessments will be the same. Related reporting requirements for Local Distribution Companies and the Independent Electricity System Operator will be removed.

Proposal to transfer jurisdiction and responsibility for regional roads and related stormwater infrastructure from Peel Region to Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon and waste collection to Mississauga. Add two Deputy Facilitators to the Provincial Land and Development Facilitator advisory agency to facilitate agreements for the service transfers.
We are reviewing the Permit Guide to ensure it reflects the amendments to Ontario Regulation 63/09, under the Pesticides Act that came into effect in April 2020. A new policy proposal for the revised Guide will be published at a later date. Therefore, a decision has been made not to proceed with this proposal and this posting is considered closed.
