Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on December 23, 2022 in respect of Application 54-C-213228 to sever the existing residential dwelling from agricultural lands, on the subject property known as 113377 Marshall Road, PIN 61271-0112, in the unincorporated township of Ingram, District of Timiskaming.

The new Official Plan for the Sudbury East Planning Area, as adopted in April, 2023, was approved subject to 21 modifications on July 15, 2025.  

Certificate of Property Use No. 2494-DJ2J3K was issued to Comtran Properties Inc. and Robstar Investments Limited for the intended continued industrial and commercial use of the property at 73 and 95 Curtis Avenue, City of Guelph.

The last day this decision can be appealed is May 23, 2022.

Henry Hau requested to withdraw their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise).

The application is considered withdrawn and no approval was issued.

Permit To Take Water No. 6830-BH3GB3 was issued on January 23, 2020 to James Dick Construction Limited for dewatering purposes at the Ramara/Gamebridge Quarry.  This amendment increases the maximum rate of water taken per minute and maximum volume of water per day. The Permit expires on January 25, 2025.

Permit To Take Water No. 7415-DFAJGC has been issued to Ballantrae Golf Club renewing PTTW No. 3220-BD8HGV. Water will be taken from 11 wells for golf course irrigation and dewatering purposes. Water takings are located in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario.

The last day this decision can be appealed is May 23, 2022.

This decision is to renew and consolidate three Permits to Take Water for Enbridge Pipelines Inc., for construction dewatering purposes within the Municipality of Southwestern Ontario. Permit No. 5660-CAKR62 was issued on January 27, 2022 with an expiry date of December 31, 2021.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 5056-BNNNBM has been issued to Equinelle Developments Inc. on April 30, 2020, for taking water from one (1) river and one (1) pond for golf course irrigation purposes, located in North Grenville, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 23, 2030.

A Certificate of Property Use was issued to the Regional Municipality of Waterloo for the property located at 188 Water Street South, in the City of Cambridge, on June 7, 2023.

A decision was made on June 23, 2026 to approve the City of Kitchener Official Plan Amendment 58, as adopted by By- law 2024-166. Official Plan Amendment 58 adds Specific Policy Area 76 to Map 5 that establishes maximum floor space ratios, building heights, and introduces a new holding provision to lands municipally known as 2980 King Street East.
