The ministry is not issuing an approval as Welded Tube of Canada Corp. has withdrawn their application.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1518273161 on November 4, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7734-8X7KW4, for Lafarge Canada Inc. Water will be taken from one well for the dewatering of future active portions of the quarry, located in the Town of Concord, Ontario. The permit expires on November 5, 2032.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 30, 2021 in respect of Application 58-C-215876 for the creation of one new resource-based recreational lot in respect of land described as PIN 62327-0380 in the Unincorporated Township of Pellatt, District of Thunder Bay.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 23, 2021 in respect of Application 54-C-217690 for the creation of one new seasonal residential/recreational lot on lands in Tudhope unincorporated township, District of Timiskaming. The last day this decision can be appealed is August 12, 2021.

This notice was published in error and it is a duplicate of 019-7379.  019-7379 was posted on the Environmental Registry of Ontario on July 19, 2023, with a 30 day comment period ending August 18, 2023, and the decision was made to issue the mineral exploration permit PR-25-23-000199 to Alexander Pleson on August 3, 2023.

This decision is to renew and consolidate three Permits to Take Water for Enbridge Pipelines Inc., for construction dewatering purposes within the Municipality of Southwestern Ontario. Permit No. 5660-CAKR62 was issued on January 27, 2022 with an expiry date of December 31, 2021.

Amendments have been made to Ontario Regulation 670/98 (Open Seasons - Wildlife) under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997 to create fall wild turkey hunting seasons in Wildlife Management Units 60, 63, 69, 70, 74, 75 and 86.

We approved the updated Fire Management Policy for Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves. These changes will modernize and streamline fire management planning for these protected areas and enhance opportunities for the ecological benefits of fire, while continuing to protect people and property.

The forest management plan for the Sudbury Forest is complete. We are closing this notice as an administrative action. The plan will ensure the sustainability of the forest resource, encourage continued biodiversity, and provide social and economic opportunities of the Crown forest.
