Water will be taken from one pond for construction, dewatering, and aggregate washing purposes at the Perth Quarry, located in the Township of Drummond-North Elmsley, Ontario.

On September 20, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 367/24 in the Town of Ajax. The Town of Ajax requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

File was transferred to the United Counties of Leeds & Grenville on September 1, 2019 by Ontario Regulation 266/19. The Ministry was the approval authority at the time that the proposal notice was posted on the Environmental Registry of Ontario. On August 16, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 326/24 in the City of Vaughan. Water will be taken from one well and three ponds for golf course irrigation at the Sutton Creek Golf Course, located in the Town of Essex, Ontario.

The ministry granted an Environmental Compliance Approval to 2587780 Ontario Inc. for the installation of one oil and grit separator to provide enhanced level water quality control at a commercial development site located at 383 Arthur Street South, Elmira, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 5362-D36R5G was issued to Sleep Hollow Country Club Limited on April 5, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6545-9KRGCZ for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one irrigation pond and one well in the Town of Whitchurch- Stouffville, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario for 10 years.

St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada) was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the County of Brant.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6180-A8TKN2 for Galata Chemicals (Canada) Inc. for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one well for production and cooling water purposes during manufacturing processes, located in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on February 28, 2023, in respect of Application 52-C-226398 for a lot addition in Cochrane unincorporated township, District of Sudbury.
