Permit to Take Water No. 7614-BGAKVW was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2410-7T6JT6. The permit was issued on November 7, 2019 with an expiry date of September 23, 2029.
We have issued Permit to Take Water No. 5177-CWAPJ2 for industrial cooling water purposes. Water will be taken from one well located in Clarence-Rockland, Ontario. The new permit expired on July 8, 2032.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1239651731 was issued to 95 Development Inc. on November 23, 2023. Water will be taken from one sump for foundation drainage purposes at 2992 Sheppard Avenue East in Scarborough, Ontario, for 10 years.
We have not approved a new Permit to Take Water for Eden Oak (McNabb) Incorporated for construction dewatering purposes. The application was returned to the proponent on May 23, 2018 because it was incomplete. No permit was issued.
