Approval was granted to Municipality of Middlesex Centre for a site plan amendment to amend the current site plan to authorize extraction below the water table at the Olalondo Gravel Pit.

A decision has been made to proceed with establishing a framework for authorizing projects to test or demonstrate carbon storage and other new or innovative activities using certain types of wells and to remove security exemptions and caps for all types of wells going forward if the well is new, converted to another use or deepened.

The amendment for C.W. Bierworth and Son Limited to increase the extraction area of a licensed pit located in the Township of Faraday has been approved.

KG Patterson Construction Inc. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Geographic Township of Osgoode, City of Ottawa.

This notice was published in error and it is a duplicate of 019-7209. 019-7209 was posted on the Environmental Registry of Ontario on June 9, 2023, with a 30 day comment period ending July 9, 2023, and the decision was made to issue the mineral exploration permit PR-23-000154 to Metals Creek Resources on August 2, 2023.

Permit to Take Water No. 5228-D78UYP was issued to Camp Tamarack Ltd. on July 19, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8000-9GGRLD for campground water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three wells in the Town of Bracebridge, District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario for 10 years.
