We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for a stormwater management works servicing the Bluesky Hydroponics Inc. Greenhouse Development, located at 1331-1401 Mersea Road 6 in Wheatley, Leamington, Ontario.

Massilly North America Inc. requested to withdraw their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval. The application is considered withdrawn, and no approval was issued.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Peter Kiewit Sons ULC for temporary industrial sewage works for the dewatering operation to facilitate concrete repairs at the existing Smokey Falls spillway, located north of Kapuskasing within the traditional territory of the Taykwa Tagamou Nation and Moose Cree First Nation.
