Approval works for the establishment of stormwater management to service an approximate 2.125 hectare development area of a 5.78 hectare site, for collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off, to provide enhanced water quality protection, erosion control and to attenuate post-development to pre-development level.
