The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-22-000064 to The Claim Group Incorporated for early exploration activities in the townships of Partridge Lake Area and West of Glaister Lake Area.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

We are reviewing the Permit Guide to ensure it reflects the amendments to Ontario Regulation 63/09, under the Pesticides Act that came into effect in April 2020. We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval for Todd Steven Hutchinson and Geraldine Kay Watkins for the establishment of a year round subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 1,600 liters per day, to service a three bedroom cottage located at 227 Ishkibbible Beach Road, Municipality of Shuniah, Ontario.
