The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-22-000064 to The Claim Group Incorporated for early exploration activities in the townships of Partridge Lake Area and West of Glaister Lake Area.
The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.
Amendments were recently made to the Ontario Heritage Act to provide new and modified tools to improve enforcement and compliance. Once in force, new amendments will also allow for exemptions to archaeological requirements where it could potentially advance a provincial priority.
