We have issued an environmental compliance approval (air) to Moncrief Construction Limited, a mobile aggregate crushing facility operating in various locations in Ontario.

We have approved the amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 2369-AAYNTD with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air) for Colacem Canada Inc., a new cement plant located in the Township of Champlain, United Counties of Prescott and Russell. This approval is issued in conjunction with ECA (Sewage Works) #9996-B6YQK.

The application was  withdrawn by the proponent and no approval was issued.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility No. 5217-BPXK2E to Pure Gold Mining Inc., located in the Municipality of Red Lake, District of Kenora, Ontario. This facility is involved in gold mining and milling.

Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air & Noise) No.7465-BD4LS5 has been issued to CRH Canada Group Inc. This approval replaces all the current environmental compliance approvals for Air and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions from CRH Canada Group Inc.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) 18-OTT-81709 was issued to McCrea Equipment Rentals on 10/01/2018 for a hauled sewage site located in Laurentian Valley, Ontario.

This approval is for an amendment to the Limited Operational Flexibility for an environmental compliance approval (air & noise) No. 3551-9Z4LDM for Magna Closures Inc. operating as Dortec Industries, an automotive components manufacturing facility located in the Town of Bradford West Gwilimbury, Ontario.

The decision to issue the instrument proposed under 013-3753 (ECA-Air and Noise) was combined with the instrument proposed under 013-3750 (ECA-Waste) into a multi-media approval that was issued on November 28, 2019.

We have issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air & Noise) to ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Americas Limited. This facility manufactures laser welded blanks (steel sheets) for the automotive industry.

An amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Disposal Site) No. A620173 was issued for the use and operation of waste disposal site with a total area of 41.7 hectares for the processing of non-hazardous liquid waste.
