A new Permit to Take Water No. 7318-BPHSD5 has been issued to Brookfield Country Club Limited, located in the City of Cambridge, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario on June 11, 2020 for commercial purposes. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of February 28, 2025.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) No. 8643-BF2QE3 for Hidden Village Campground for the establishment of subsurface disposal works in Chelmsford, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Waterford Sand and Gravel Limited to amend the current site plan to revise the rehabilitation plan to allow for the creation of 4:1 to 2:1 slopes, allow importation of 1,200,000m3 excess soil and, add an interim land use of agriculture in the City of Hamilton.

A decision was made on October 27, 2025, to approve the City of Kitchener Official Plan Amendment 59, as adopted by By- law 2024-212. The Official Plan Amendment 59 proposes to modify the implementation date for Inclusionary Zoning policies within Protected Major Transit Station Areas, changing it from January 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9230378367 on November 1, 2023, which cancels and replaces permit No. 2357-9AMK3D for A.L. Blair Construction Limited in the Township of North Stormont, Ontario for dewatering purposes. The new permit will expire on September 1, 2033.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4064-CEYLKF on June 1, 2022 for Eagles Rest Estates Inc. for water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three wells to supply potable water to the property located at 1552 Bass Lake Side Road within the Township of Oro-Medonte, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of June 1, 2027.

The variance to abandon in place, one (1) out-of-use underground fuel storage tank located at 250 Colborne Street in Port Stanley, has been approved.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 1, 2027.

Permit to Take Water No. 3480-8DURHC for commercial purposes has been issued. Water will be taken from one well and one pond related to golf course irrigation activities, located in the City of Sault Ste. Marie, District of Algoma, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4461-D78LJ9 was issued to Woodlands Links Ltd. on August 27, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1653-APFQ2T for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) well and one (1) pond at the Woodlands Links Golf Course, located at 37858 Huron Road in Clinton, Ontario for 10 years.
