The Environmental Study Report (ESR) has been finalized and outlines the preferred design for the public realm at the site.

The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit to the Ministry of Transportation concerning Little Brown Myotis, Northern Myotis and Tri-colored Bat and their habitats in order to accommodate the widening of Highway 400 between Kind Road and Lloydtown-Aurora Road. The Ministry has revised the Northwest GTA Transmission Corridor’s Narrowed Area of Interest (NAI) following further technical study. The changes preserve a technically viable corridor for future transmission infrastructure adjacent to Highway 413 and reduce land use impacts, particularly in the Heritage Heights area of Brampton.
