We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage works) No. 1797-CANNM8 for the establishment and use of seasonal onsite subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 1,700 liters per day in total, located at Cottage 720, Seventh Street, in the Township of Centre Wellington.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Catherine Marie-Leccia Mcpherson for the establishment, use, and operation of subsurface disposal works to service a cottage, located at 1017 10th Street, Belwood Lake, Township of Centre Wellington, Ontario.

We approved an amendment of Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage works) No. 5882-C4XNGE for the establishment and use of a subsurface sewage disposal works to service a four bedroom chalet located at 3 Lower Chalet Road, Caledon, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial sewage) was granted to 2274919 Ontario Inc.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) was issued to Upfield Canada Inc. for the establishment of stormwater management works, to serve the redevelopment of an existing industrial facility, located at 8-10 Craig Street in the City of Brantford, County of Brant, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 9966-C6FP6W was granted for seasonal subsurface sewage disposal works, with a total combined daily sanitary sewage flow of approximately 143,845 litres per day, for Camp Moshava to serve new sewage works and consolidation of existing sewage works, located in the Township of Selwyn, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to Shell Canada Limited for the approval of stormwater management works to serve the proposed commercial development located at 5 Orchid Drive in the City of Ottawa.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for Ojas Way Corp. for stormwater management works to serve Beechwood Forest Subdivision located at Part of Lot 18, Concession 6, in the Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario.

An amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7972-8UKQCZ is granted to Maple Grove Resort Inc. to increase the capacity of sewage treatment and subsurface disposal works serving the proposed expansion (from existing 115 trailer sites to 393 trailer sites) of Maple Grove RV Resort located at 1488 Gore Road, in the City of Hamilton.

The instrument proposal was posted in error. The decision is not subject to EBR.
