Certificate of Property Use No. 2016-DKXHP8 for 239, 241, 247 and 255 Dundas Street East, Toronto, Ontario, was issued to owners as part of their development plans for the site.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to 425 Bingemans Centre Drive Corporation, for the establishment of private stormwater management works as part of a proposed industrial development, to be located at 355 Shirley Avenue in the City of Kitchener, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of seasonal subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 1,100 litres per day, to service a cottage located at 44 Red Clay Road in the Town of Caledon, Regional Municipality of Peel. The approved works consist of a sewage holding tank.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited for industrial stormwater management works serving Commercial Equipment Rental Facility, located at 9175 Cavanagh Road, in the Township of Beckwith.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Riverside RV Resort & Campground Inc. for a temporary septic holding tank to service a trailer park, located at 84 Robinson Rd., in the Town of Tweed, Ontario. The site is currently service by a subsurface disposal system.

This approval is granted for Stonetown Foods to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 8151-5CLKD3 for approval of sewage works to serve food processing facilities located at 1865 Perth Road 139 in St Marys, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4562-CGNMAA on July 27, 2022 which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No.5536-8ZLRHB1 for Stonehouse Golf Management Inc. Water will be taken from one (1) well and one (1) lake to irrigate a golf course and provide water supply to a clubhouse, located in the Township of Duro-Dummer, Ontario.

Water will be taken from one pond for quarry dewatering and dust suppression purposes at the Kirkfield Quarry, located in Bexley Township, City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, for 10 years.

This decision is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for Parkbridge Lifestyles Communities Inc. for the establishment of year round subsurface sewage disposal works to service 6621 Vista Patrick Private in Greely, Ontario (a retirement community).

The Permit to Take Water No. 3557-DNV5UF was issued to 2543174 Ontario Ltd. on December 1, 2025, to renew the Permit No. 5651-C8UMSW-INTERIM. Water will be taken from one pond for the purposes of snowmaking at Mount Baldy Ski Area, located in Shuniah, Ontario.
