An amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) was issued to Industries Rayonier A.M. Canada Inc., a thermo-mechanical newsprint mill and sawmill located in the Town of Kapuskasing, Ontario, for non emergency power generators.

We issued the amended Environmental Compliance Approval for the use and operation of 7.2 hectare waste disposal/transfer site within a total site area of 79.7 hectares with a capacity of 270,330 cubic meters.

Johnson and Son Manufacturing, ULC, a manufacturing facility producing household consumer and personal care products including candles, air fresheners, soaps, and conditioners located in the City of Brantford, Ontario.

Approval has been granted for an amendment to the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 9659-B4XHBY with Limited Operational Flexibility for Kerry (Canada) Inc., a liquid wood consumable products manufacturing facility located in the Town of Renfrew, Ontario.

The application for an Environmental Compliance Approval has been withdrawn. No approval has been issued.

Permit to Take Water No. 0771-DJDJZH has been issued to ClubLink Corporation ULC for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one lake at the Hidden Lake Golf Club located in the City of Burlington, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Hustonville Sand & Gravel Limited to change their final rehabilitation slopes in the Township of Centre Wellington.

Application 59-C-243936 was approved on January 6, 2026, subject to conditions. The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is January 26, 2026.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility to Cobalt Camp Refinery Ltd. a facility that processes cobalt feedstock to produce cobalt sulphate and is located the Township of Lorrain, Ontario.

Approval is granted for an amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7153-4EFLA9 for Cardi Construction Limited, to include proposed stormwater management works to service an existing industrial site, located at 600 Nebo Road in Hannon, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1813053419 has been issued to PINNACLE INTERNATIONAL (DUNDAS) LTD. on September 10, 2021 for the long-term post-construction groundwater discharge into the foundation drainage system located in Toronto, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of September 10, 2031.

This approval is for the renewal of the Limited Operational Flexibility for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 0849-A3NN2P for Fisher Wavy Inc., a ready-mix concrete manufacturing facility located in the City of Greater Sudbury, District of Sudbury.

Permit to Take Water No. 8566-BLSMP3 was issued on February 19, 2020 to Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2588 for drainage purposes for a proposed construction in Toronto, Ontario. The permit expires on January 31, 2030.
