We have approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 0463-7RBL8C for Elm Wasaga GC Inc. to take water from a pond for golf course irrigation purposes.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1278761252 was issued to GARDENS COMMUNITIES (HAGERSVILLE) INC. on August 23, 2024. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes to allow for the construction of a proposed residential development, forcemain, and pumping station, located in Hagersville, Ontario for 10 years.

New Permit to Take Water No. 0008-DRGQM2 was issued to Explor Resources Inc. on March 23, 2026, to support mining and domestic water supply for advanced exploration purposes. Water will be taken from the Mattagami River, near the City of Timmins, District of Cochrane, Ontario for 2 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 0185-CWHK9U was issued to North Pickering Community Management Inc. on January 23, 2024, to renew Permit No. 5868-C3NLUD for 1.5 years. Water will be taken from seven wells for construction dewatering purpose, in the Township of Pickering, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5200977842 on February 23, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 8106-97XN5X, for Brantford Golf and Country Club Limited for commercial golf course irrigation purposes. The new permit expires on February 22, 2033.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2232-8CDQLE. Permit to Take Water No. 4174-BZ5SS2 was issued to Meadowbrook Golf and Country Club Association on March 23, 2021 for the purpose of golf course irrigation. The permit expires on March 15, 2031.

Certificate of Property Use (CPU) No. 3166-CN8RVC was issued to Toromont Industries Ltd. on May 23, 2023.

We approved the proposal to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. A230506 for the Bloomington Compost facility to receive up to 70,000 tonnes of materials per year, a 10,000 tonnes per year increase from the current approved amount of up to 60,000 tonnes of materials per year.

Permit to Take Water No. 5203-BKVRHL was issued on January 23, 2020 with an expiry date of January 31, 2025.

Permit to Take Water No. 0461-DQGLCN has been issued to Lanark Condominium Corporation No. 9 , for the purpose of ongoing residence heating/ cooling needs of the building on Rogers Road, in the Town of Perth, County of Lanark. Water will be taken from three wells in the County of Lanark.

This application was for a renewal to Permit to Take Water No. 6166-A85NJH for industrial and quarry dewatering purposes. Water will be taken to operate service quarry saws and to dewater during quarry operations at the Wiarton (South and North) Quarry in Wiarton, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 7084-B9ATKC was issued March 28, 2019 for 10.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8764-BNRKF4 on May 6, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4452-82YQDQ for Warkworth Golf Course Limited located in Trent Hills, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 30, 2030.

The proposal notice for this instrument was posted in error. The comment period on this notice has been closed and decision posted to advise the public that the ministry is no longer proposing to issue this instrument.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3358-CHCR65 on August 23, 2022 for 537 Kingston Road East (Ajax) Holdings ULC. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes serving the proposed Ajax Shell Building property, located in the Town of Ajax, Ontario. The new permit expires on December 31, 2024.
