We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to CH Concrete Inc. to amend its existing Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7388-A9NP8N, issued July 21, 2017. CH Concrete Inc. is located in Ottawa, Ontario and operates its ready-mix concrete plant in Petawawa, Ontario.

The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 (ESA) to Richcraft Homes Ltd. for construction activities that may impact Blanding’s Turtle and their habitat. The permit includes actions to benefit the species and minimize adverse effects and requires monitoring and reporting.
