The last day this decision can be appealed is December 18, 2022.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on September 14, 2021 in respect of Application 57-C-216839 to sever a 0.17-hectare piece of land to be transferred in a lot addition to the neighboring lot, in Aberdeen unincorporated township, Algoma District. The last day this decision can be appealed is October 4, 2021.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on October 26, 2021 in respect of Application 60-C-216411 for the creation of one new lot for recreational use on lands described as PIN 42125-0911, Unincorporated Township of Kirkup, District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is November 15, 2021.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on January 30, 2020 in respect of Application 56-C-195516 for the creation of one new resource-based recreation lot on lands described as PIN 65062-0028, Township of Opasatika, District of Cochrane. The last day this decision can be appealed is February 19, 2020.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 13, 2024 in respect of Application 58-C-230180 for one (1) of two (2) new lots on lands described as PIN 62315-0176 on Stewart Bay, Shebandowan Lake, District of Thunder Bay. The last day this decision can be appealed is June 2, 2024.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of industrial stormwater management works and year-round subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 17,550 litres/day, to service a new warehouse / distribution facility located at 626 Principale Street, in the Municipality of Casselman, Ontario.

TransCanada Pipelines Limited requested to withdraw their application for a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) for dewatering purposes. The application is considered withdrawn and no PTTW was issued.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) 19-PET-88126 for Chadwick Gordon Munro was issued on January 14, 2020 for a hauled sewage site in Belmont Havelock, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use No. 3653-CVZKY9 was issued to Lakeview Community Partners Limited on December 7, 2023 as part of the development plans for the property.

Certificate of Property Use No. 6872-CSZKYW was issued to Lakeview Community Partners Limited on September 14, 2023 as part of the development plans for the property.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) 19-HAM-10495 for Egger Enviro Limited was issued on August 18, 2020 for a hauled sewage site in Haldimand Township.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for agricultural uses was granted on March 16, 2023, subject to conditions.
