Permit to Take Water No. 8100-BBRS2C was issued on May 9, 2019 to Creek Side Village Inc. with an expiry date of April 30, 2029.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for ARCADIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (CANADA) INC. was withdrawn by the applicant on July 16, 2025.

Proposed regulatory amendments related to the treatment of corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs) were approved and will allow Industrial Conservation Initiative (ICI) participants to reduce their GA charges based on the electricity purchased under the eligible PPA.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 27, 2021 in respect of Application 54-C-204775 to transfer a 0.07-hectare piece of land in a lot addition from PIN 61218-0107 to PIN 61218-0106, in Maisonville unincorporated township, Timiskaming District. The last day this decision can be appealed is June 16, 2021.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 15, 2021 in respect of Application 54-C-207686 to create an easement for the purposes of access across PIN 61266-0116 in favour of PIN 61266-0117, in Sharpe unincorporated township, Timiskaming District. The last day this decision can be appealed is August 4, 2021.

This application 60-C-197036 was approved subject to standard conditions. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is January 12, 2020.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot severance for agricultural purposes was granted on June 19, 2024, subject to conditions. 

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create an easement for access purposes was granted on June 15, 2023, subject to conditions.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) 20-GUE-63851 for Robert Noble Septic was issued on June 1, 2020 for a hauled sewage site in Erin Township, Ontario.

Permit To Take Water No. 2181-BDGQ7V was issued on July 30, 2019 to Preston Sand & Gravel Company Limited with an expiry date of August 31, 2028.

On October 21, 2024, Sarnia Concrete Products Limited made a request to the ministry to withdraw the application for an Environmental Compliance Approval.

No approval has been issued.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) 20-PET-56631 for Quinte Septic Tank Inc. was issued on May 15, 2020 for a hauled sewage site in Brighton, Ontario.

On December 18, 2020 the ministry issued an exploration permit located approximately 100 kilometres northwest of Wabauskang First Nation, Ontario, in Todd Township, District of Kenora, North West Region.
