The Permit to Take Water No. 4775-9B2NLA was issued to The Osler Bluff Ski Club Limited on March 28, 2024, to renew the permit 4775-9B2NLA. Water will be taken from two ponds and one watercourse for the purposes of making snow for ski trails at the Osler Bluff Ski Club, located in the Town of the Blue Mountains, County of Grey, Ontario.

The Minister of Infrastructure requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Orders.
On January 26, 2024, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 10/24. The City of Toronto and Minister of Health requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
