We have approved the amendment to the site plan of ARA licence #624802 issued to John and Dino Salvatori in the Municipality of Dysart et al. County of Haliburton, Ontario.
On September 20, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 365/24 in the Town of Ajax. The Town of Ajax requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
The Minister has approved amendments to the Severn Sound and Nottawasaga Valley assessment reports and associated South Georgian Bay Lake Simcoe Source Protection Plan. The amendments update vulnerable area mapping associated with two municipal drinking water wells in the Craighurst and Horseshoe Highlands drinking water systems within Oro-Medonte.
