A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Conestoga Cold Storage Limited for approval of the establishment of works for the treatment of sanitary sewage and subsurface disposal of treated effluent from a new cold storage and warehouse facility located at 16408 Steeles Avenue, Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton.

A Certificate of Property Use was issued to 2701098 Ontario Inc. for the property located at 152 Shanley Street, Kitchener.

The application made by Hillway Equipment Limited to make a number of operational changes to the current site plan has been approved.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 1472-B6YQUN on May 24, 2019 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 5333-A5YJ3W for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. located within the Township of South Dundas, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2021.

Permit to Take Water Ref No. 4105-BAXKCA was returned as it was a duplicate application. The Application was returned on July 4, 2019.

Application 58-C-229636 was approved subject to standard conditions on November 3, 2023. The last date to appeal the decision is November 23, 2023.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to 1150068 Ontario Inc. for approval of the existing works for the treatment of sanitary sewage and subsurface disposal of treated effluent from the existing J&J's Big Rideau Lake Resort located at 4350 County Road #43, Portland, Township of Rideau Lakes.
