Application 60-C-215541 was approved on April 13, 2023, subject to conditions. The last date to appeal this decision is May 3, 2023.

The Minister has identified 29 provincially significant employment zones that receive enhanced protection under A Place to Grow. Based on feedback, the Ministry has corrected any technical errors to the boundaries for zones and issued revised maps to be used in the Plan’s implementation but will still consider requests to review the zones. 

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for agricultural uses was granted on April 12, 2023, subject to conditions.

We are modernizing our environmental assessment (EA) program to better serve communities now and in the future. Comments received on the discussion paper have been and will continue to be considered when making decisions on EA modernization initiatives.

A decision was made to approve Official Plan Amendment #17(OPA #17) on November 6, 2020, subject to two modifications. The effect of the amendment will be to expand the area and permitted uses of the Calabogie Motorsports Park. The last day that this decision can be appealed is December 2, 2020.

Approval granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) for the establishment of an on-site sewage treatment and surface discharge system to service a proposed greenhouse facility and bunkhouses located at Lot 6, Concession 11, Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex.

We made changes to the “Procedure for Corrective Actions for Systems not Using Chlorine” to ensure the procedure is up-to-date and easy to follow.
