An increase in the annual number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed from licence No. 624927 located in the Township of North Dumfries was approved. 

Permit to Take Water No. 0207-B6PPRR was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1404-A58PGW. The permit was issued on January 9, 2019 with an expiry date of November 30, 2021.

Brantam Excavating Inc. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Municipality of Thames Centre. 

Application 58-C-258049 to create a new 11.1 hectare waterfront lot to be used for resource-based recreational use, was approved by the Ministry, subject to conditions. Related applications 58-C-257936 (ERO 025-0860) and 58-C-258161 (ERO 025-0868) were also approved subject to conditions.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on April 22, 2021 in respect of Application 58-C-206495 for the creation of one new resource-based recreational lot in respect of land described as PIN 62484-0417; Lot 4, Con 10, and (2) PIN 62484-0416 in the Unincorporated Township of Lyon, District of Thunder Bay.

Permit to Take Water No. 6417-DEAMLV has been issued to Summerlea Golf Club Ltd. for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from two wells in Whitby, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 5024-CYHRUW was issued to Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited on December 22, 2023 for five years. Water will be taken from 15 wells for construction dewatering purposes at 21 Don Roadway in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 6785-CBJQRG on February 22, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 6350-9FLPFN for 1787370 Ontario Corp. for golf course irrigation purposes located in Belleville, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 31, 2024.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7236-C9FSZM on December 23, 2021, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 7476-BHGQDL, for Cardinal Golf Club (Oliver's Nest) Inc. located in Little Britain, City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 15, 2031.

We have approved the amendment and issued a renewed Permit to Take Water No. 3036-BFNP2H for CRH Canada Group Inc. for dewatering, industrial, dust control and aggregate washing purposes.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for 1319536 Ontario Ltd. under Permit No.1816-CWNRXH, issued for 4 years. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at The Royal Golf Course in Mississauga, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 8638-BESN6M was issued on August 21, 2019 with an expiry date of August 6, 2029.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) has been issued for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.

This approval is for a renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 8575-7MDQBJ for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from four (4) ponds. Permit no. 1877-BAPLBH was issued on March 28, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

Approval is granted to amend the ECA by accepting the revised Design and Operations Report and entrance to the site from the Lake Road instead of South Service Road.

Erie Sand and Gravel Limited was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Municipality of Leamington.

We have approved Permit to Take Water No. 2335-BJ2HWM for Santa Maria Trailer Resort Ltd., located in Central Manitoulin, Ontario.

Approval has been granted to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air) No. 6687-8GHLVL for MakeItMetal Ltd., a metal veneer coating facility located in the City of St. Catharines, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.
