A new Permit to Take Water No. 2782-CPRNDF was issued to Viking Rideau Corporation on March 10, 2023 for five years. Water will be taken from one pond located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario for construction dewatering purposes.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. 5673-CV5JEQ on September 7, 2023 for Pike Lake Golf Centre Limited in Clifford, Ontario, for golf course irrigation and communal water supply purposes. The new permit expires on September 1, 2033.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 8233-BXTQCM for Megha Holdings Inc. was issued on March 5, 2021 for short term construction dewatering and long term foundation drainage for a project located at 1243 Teron Road, Ottawa, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 1108-DFSQ7S was issued to 2419787 Ontario Inc. on May 07, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond for miscellaneous purposes, located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario, for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 8488-DEVH8D was issued to Waterford Sand & Gravel Limited on April 14, 2025. Water will be taken from two ponds for pits & quarry dewatering and industrial manufacturing purposes, located in the Township of Dunnville, Ontario.

On December 5, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing made an amendment to Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 447/20. The Ministry of Long-term Care and City of Hamilton requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order Amendment.

On July 19, 2021 we issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Enutech Inc. for the operation of a mobile treatment unit for in-situ treatment of contaminated soil and groundwater, throughout the Province of Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 5582-C2STF6 for Hendrik den Besten and Wilhelmina den Besten was issued on May 13, 2021 for aquaculture purposes for a project located in the Norfolk County, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6551-BCWQSV was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 5222-9L2QKE. The permit was issued on June 7, 2019 with an expiry date of June 7, 2029.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Zorra Farms Ltd. to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table for a pit operating in the Township of East-Zorra Tavistock.
