The new permit has an expiry date of May 31, 2032.

A new PTTW 4333-CF5JAJ has been issued to 9287043 Canada Corporation on June 10, 2022 for dewatering purposes located in the City, of Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 7, 2027.

A new Permit To Take Water has been issued for construction dewatering and foundation drainage for 2161 Yonge Street Limited. Water will be taken from two (2) wells for a proposed development located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

We issued the renewal for the Permit To Take Water No. 0235-8D8HKK for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Joseph at the Rocky Crest Resort and Golf Club located in the Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound, Ontario.

We have amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 8189-83LPJM for Northland Power Thorold Cogen GP Inc., as general partner for, and on behalf of, Thorold Cogen L.P., a combined heat and power generation facility located in the City of Thorold, Ontario.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5222974042 on August 14, 2023 for 148247 CANADA INC in the Town of South Glengarry, Ontario for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. The new permit expires on July 31, 2033.

This Permit to Take Water (No. 3438-D7RQJT) has been issued to Great Bear Resources Ltd. (the Proponent) for the purposes of dewatering, industrial, and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from two wells, one excavation, and one watercourse, located in the District of Kenora, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) with Limited Operational Flexibility, which includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions, has been granted to CRH Canada Group Inc., located in the Town of East Gwillimbury, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 8060-D3HPCR was issued to Premium Brands Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Premium Brands Operating Ltd. Partnership, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5035-99XQQK for 10 years. Water will be taken from four wells for the industrial food processing and cooling water purpose in the City of Waterloo, Ontario.

No decision will be made at this time as the applicant has withdrawn their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval.

This proposal was for a renewal for Permit To Take Water No. 7836-7ZNLXP for Kettle Creek Golf & Country Club Ltd. Water will be taken for golf course irrigation purposes. This Permit to Take Water Number 2312-BHLMTA was issued on November 21, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 6445-BVMUCD was issued to University of Guelph. Water will be taken from six wells to operate the Alma Aquaculture Research Station located on a land legally described as Lot 3, Concession 5, in Centre Wellington, Ontario.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5235-AHGL78 for Northern Sun Mining Corp. Water will be taken from one watercourse and two wells at the Redstone Mine site, located in the Township of Eldorado, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3349985407 was issued to James Funston on September 9, 2025, for the purpose of aquaculture.

An aggregate licence was issued to Dufferin Aggregates to make changes to the conditions of their licence to operate the Flamboro Quarry.  The annual tonnage is 3.5 million tonnes and the licenced site operates in Township of West Flamborough, City of Hamilton.

D. Lafond Contracting Limited was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit and quarry in the Municipality of Markstay-Warren.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for Scone Developments Inc. for sewage works located in the Town of Shelburne, County of Dufferin, Ontario.
