Water will be taken for foundation drainage purposes in the City of Vaughan, Ontario. This permit expires on April 27, 2032.

Permit to Take Water No. 2410-BJ4QMJ was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1144-7ZLQQG. The Permit was issued on November 22, 2019 with an expiry date of November 20, 2029

Permit to Take Water No. 5240-BDSRPV was issued on July 17, 2019 with an expiry date of December 31, 2021.

We have issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. A371203 to Waste Management of Canada Corporation for the closed Richmond Landfill, to update the conditions in the Environmental Compliance Approval to reflect the current site situation.

We issued a program approval to Algoma Steel Inc. for measures to assess and address historical contamination at their steel mill, landfill site and related properties located in Sault Ste. Marie.

Permit to Take Water No. 8215-BPZ4DY was issued on May 28, 2020 for construction dewatering purposes related to a proposed expansion of Highway 401 on sites located in the Town of Milton, Town of Halton Hills and the City of Mississauga, in the Region of Halton and Peel. The permit expires on May 31, 2024.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8428-BNEKV2 on April 18, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 6230-8L2KTX, for Cardinal Power Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Cardinal Power of Canada L.P. located in Cardinal, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 17, 2030.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9184654850 for construction dewatering purposes was issued to Toronto (Bayview & Eglinton) Limited Partnership on October 26, 2022, for a period of 3 years. Water will be taken from one well located at 1710 Bayview Avenue in Toronto, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6885-BH7QNC was issued on November 20, 2019 with an expiry date of October 22, 2029.

Permit to Take Water No. 8060-D3HPCR was issued to Premium Brands Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Premium Brands Operating Ltd. Partnership, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5035-99XQQK for 10 years. Water will be taken from four wells for the industrial food processing and cooling water purpose in the City of Waterloo, Ontario.
