This permit reflects a "like for like" substitution of wells after the original wells were decommissioned. Permit to Take Water No. 8414-DJLJ24 was issued to HIS Star Inc. operating as Niagara Falls Golf Club on August 12, 2025, for the purpose of golf course irrigation.

Permit To Take Water No. 8260-CZML23 was issued to Springfield Golf & Country Club Inc. Water will be taken from three wells and one pond for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Springfield Golf and Country Club, located in the City of Guelph, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No.4678-BAXNPZ was issued on April 17, 2019, with an expiry date of April 5, 2023.
