We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0261-BPJKSK on May 25, 2020 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4375-9VJPKP for Golf Leaseholds Limited., operating as Vespra Hill Golf Club, Springwater, Ontario for commercial purposes. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of May 25, 2030.

Application 59-C-213279 was approved on November 2, 2023 subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is November 22, 2023.

We have approved the renewal of a Permit to Take Water for Fowler Construction Company Limited for aggregate washing purposes in Parry Sound, Ontario.

This proposal is for a new Permit To Take Water for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from two (2) wells and one (1) pond.  Permit no. 7703-BAPRGJ was issued on March 28, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

We have approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 8872-83KMKT with Permit to Take Water No. 6136-BJ9LNK for wildlife conservation, water supply, campground water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one well.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) 20-OWE-90816 for Grey Bruce Septic Service was issued on May 1, 2020 for a hauled sewage site in South Bruce Peninsula Township, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued to First Mining Gold Corporation for their facility Goldlund Project (GP) located at Lot 7-8, Concession 1 in the Unorganized Township of Echo.

Ontario Regulation 385/21  (General) implements amendments that were made to the Ontario Heritage Act through the More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019. The amendments and regulation come into force on July 1, 2021.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. 6276-CUPQAX on December 21, 2023, for Ontario Power Generation in Greater Napanee, Ontario for industrial purposes. The new permit expires on July 1, 2033.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7296284660 version 1.0 was issued to Red Lake Area Golf and Country Club on December 30, 2025. Water will be taken from one lake source (red lake) for the purpose of golf course irrigation, located in Balmertown, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use No. 1634-BEBQ6B-1 was issued on June 28, 2023 to 2747478 Ontario Inc. for the parkland use of the property located at 850 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) was granted to B & M Hauling Ltd., a storage, repair and maintenance facility for equipment and vehicles for the forestry industry located at 1 Camp 70 Road, Manitouwadge, Ontario.

The Consent was approved with conditions on April 4, 2019. The last date to appeal was April 24, 2019.
