The Permit to Take Water No. 0003-DEFPSE was issued to MRT Aggregate Inc. on March 16, 2025, for renewal of PTTW No. 0336-9QCPUA. Water will be taken from one well and two ponds for industrial and dewatering purposes at 4999 County Road 46 located in the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Ontario, 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1728-DLNP6Y has been issued to Markdale Golf & Curling Club Inc., for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, located in the community of Markdale in the Municipality of Grey Highlands, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 3276-B7VKZL  was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2063-9XKPBE. The permit was issued on March 7, 2019 with an expiry date of December 31, 2026.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for KS 300, 302 & 304 The East Mall Inc. for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well for short term construction dewatering serving the proposed buildings located at 300, 302, and 304 The East Mall in Toronto, Ontario. Permit No. P-300-3143066861 was issued on December 23, 2021.

A decision was made to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7543-7RMLDQ. Permit to Take Water No. 2372-BM4LSN was issued on February 25, 2020 to 1094490 Ontario Limited for the purpose of aggregate washing in Uxbridge, Ontario. The permit expires on February 24, 2030.

We have approved the renewal of permit no. 6787-9TNM7U. It was replaced by permit no. P-300-2066742178 for Arriscraft Canada Inc. for manufacturing purposes in Cambridge, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water (No. 4045-CQZJ2V) was issued to Don Chapman Farms Limited on May 29, 2023 to renew Permit No. 3220-94MQZA for 10 years. Water will be taken from three wells for food processing purposes in the Town of East Gwillimbury, Ontario.

The application was cancelled by the ministry. No approval was issued.

We have approved the amendment of Environmental Compliance Approval (Air and Noise) No. 7403-98ULBD for Port Welding Ltd., a manufacturer of various steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products located in the Township of Southgate.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited was withdrawn by the applicant on June 18, 2025.

Permit to Take Water No. 5311-99RRDQ was renewed for Granite Golf Club on November 30, 2022 for 10 years (permit No. 7737-CKKQ2G). Water will be taken from one well for golf course irrigation purposes at the Granite Golf Club, located in the Township of Uxbridge, Ontario.

We cancelled the Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) application for stormwater management works located at 335 Townline Road, Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake. No approval was issued.

This decision extends the expiry dates of site-specific standards for Suspended Particulate Matter and Benzene for Stelco Inc.'s integrated iron and steel facility in Nanticoke. The proposal was posted for 45 days to allow public input on the notices to extend the existing approvals’ expiry dates. No comments were received.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8225-CNNKBT on February 2, 2023 to 11182765 Canada Inc. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from three ponds related to dewatering activities, associated with the proposed multi-storey building located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. This new permit expires on February 2, 2033.

Old Hamburg Village Inc. requested to withdraw their application for a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) for dewatering and foundation drainage purposes. The application is considered withdrawn and no PTTW was issued.
