The ministry issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval to LK Aurora Inc. for the establishment of sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of sanitary sewage servicing a new commercial development located in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Regional Municipality of York.

Paul and Sandi Greer (o/a Paul Greer and Sons Excavating Ltd.) were issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the County of Prince Edward.

A Certificate of Property Use was issued to HIP Abstract GP Inc. for the property located at 659 & 667 King Street West, in the City of Kitchener on May 27, 2024.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8225-CNNKBT on February 2, 2023 to 11182765 Canada Inc. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from three ponds related to dewatering activities, associated with the proposed multi-storey building located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. This new permit expires on February 2, 2033.

Old Hamburg Village Inc. requested to withdraw their application for a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) for dewatering and foundation drainage purposes. The application is considered withdrawn and no PTTW was issued.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 1607-CBGRHE that renews and consolidates Permits to Take Water Nos. 3634-B78JY9, 8311-BEDNLN, 2401-B78QNF, 6700-BMDNA3, 5527-B7BMTA and 0842-B69MNZ for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. was issued on March 29, 2022 for construction dewatering purposes for a project located at City of Hamilton, Haldimand County.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7612-CJERQM on September 20, 2022 for Reid's Heritage Homes Ltd. Water will be taken for temporary construction dewatering purposes for a proposed development, located at 4117 Perth Line 36 in Stratford, Ontario. The new permit expires on September 20, 2023.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued to Lafarge Canada Inc. to operate one mobile aggregate crushing plant. Conditions imposed include minimum setbacks to receptors and notification to the District Office of the Ministry prior to operating at a site.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3584-CEAQ9S on May 26, 2022. It cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7528-8M5QPX for Ukrainian National Federation of Canada (Toronto Branch). Water will be taken from one well for communal water supply in the Township of Oro Medonte, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of May 31, 2032.

Permit to Take Water No. 7276-AEPQ9C was amended and replaced by Permit to Take Water No. 0068-C2HS2E for Walker Aggregates Inc. for industrial dewatering purposes related to quarry activities, located in the Town of Lincoln, Ontario.

This proposal was for an amendment and renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 3633-B3TQ8N for St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada) for aggregate washing purposes. Permit to Take Water Number 1525-BJXM63, was issued on December 27, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

An Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Scaletta Group Ltd. for a waste processing facility in Belleville, Ontario. The approval will allow the company to modify existing waste processing and storage activities and allow for the processing of alternative low carbon fuels.

A Permit to Take Water (No. 4045-CQZJ2V) was issued to Don Chapman Farms Limited on May 29, 2023 to renew Permit No. 3220-94MQZA for 10 years. Water will be taken from three wells for food processing purposes in the Town of East Gwillimbury, Ontario.

The application was cancelled by the Ministry at the technical review stage because there was insufficient information in the application.

Permit to Take Water No. 5311-99RRDQ was renewed for Granite Golf Club on November 30, 2022 for 10 years (permit No. 7737-CKKQ2G). Water will be taken from one well for golf course irrigation purposes at the Granite Golf Club, located in the Township of Uxbridge, Ontario.
