We have amended the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 3056-7T9QDR for Aecon Construction Ontario East Limited, a quarry and batch mix asphalt plant located in Ottawa, Ontario.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval No.1818-BETNF9 for sewage disposal works to service a cottage located within the Chesley Lake Camp property in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4560-CXCRWT was issued to Invista (Canada) Company on January 19, 2024, to renew Permit No. 3057-9FRPNK. Water will be taken from the St. Lawrence River to serve as cooling water related to manufacturing activities in the Township of Augusta, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario for 10 years.

This new Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) has been issued to Convertus Canada Ltd. for a new anaerobic digestion facility to be located at 50 Garfield Wright Boulevard, in East Gwillimbury, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 2773-CXMM4T was issued to G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Company Limited on January 8, 2024, for renewal of PTTW No. 4358-98THZK. Water will be taken from one pond located in the Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal for dewatering, construction and and industrial purposes for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 6662-D3CKQ4 was issued to Brookfield Residential (Ontario) GP Inc., on April 9, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5736-CFTPDF for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from four well arrays in the Town of Essa, County of Simcoe, Ontario for 4 years.

On December 16, 2020, Innocon Inc. made a request to the ministry to withdraw the application for an Environmental Compliance Approval. No approval has been issued.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9138967690 on April 28, 2022 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 5453-8VAGJD for Glengarry Golf & Country Club Limited for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes located in North Glengarry, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 26, 2032

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-22-000154 to Gordon Salo for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) to Aberfoyle Metal Treaters Ltd., a metal heat-treating, blasting, and coating facility located in the Township of Puslinch, Ontario, to amend Environmental Compliance Approval No. 9674-6K2KNT, issued March 3, 2006 to update the emission sources at their facility.

We have updated the Air Contaminants Benchmarks (ACB) list with new or updated screening levels for over 4,500 air contaminants.

Permit to Take Water No. 2478-DKHRXA has been issued to Green Infrastructure Partners Inc., for quarry dewatering, dust suppression, aggregate washing and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three sources: a creek, a pond, and a well located in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1473-D54JK9 was issued to WSC Corporation on May 15, 2024, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3600-9FVR6R for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from two (2) well sources in the Township of Uxbridge, Regional Municipality of Durham, Ontario for 2 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1836-DATPUB has been issued to T. Welch & Son Limited to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6346-9R8LA9 for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and three wells in the City of Ottawa, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 5665-D97KHU was issued to Safety-Kleen Canada Inc. on September 27, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3676-9QXQLU for industrial and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three wells in Breslau, Township of Woolwich, Ontario for 5 years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2681-CFSSFP on June 27, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 0561-AHWJFY, for Franklin Trout Farm Limited (operating as The Franklin Club) for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from four wells for aquaculture in East Gwillimbury, Region of York.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued to 10007986 Canada Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Can Art Aluminum Extrusion Limited Partnership for their facility located at 85 Parkshore Drive in Brampton.

This approval is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 4719-A4JSHP for Revolution Solution Acquisition GP Inc., a liquid and solid waste processing facility located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

The application for an amended Environmental Compliance Approval for has been withdrawn. No approval has been issued.
