Water will be taken for construction dewatering and building maintenance purposes to allow for building construction with underground parking at 3912 and 3928 Highway 7 in the City of Markham, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 3703-CNNPUD was issued to Moyer Investments Inc. on February 2, 2023 to renew Permit No. 2344-AZ3FX9 for five years. Water will be taken from one well and one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at the Bear Creek Golf Club, located in the Township of Essa, County of Simcoe.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5353976903 has been issued to Silani Sweet Cheese Limited for industrial food processing purposes. Water will be taken from two wells, located in the village of Schomberg, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 3381-D4CLJR was issued to 25 St. Dennis Inc. on April 22, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1660-CM2S8N for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from two well sources in the City of Toronto, Ontario for 5 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1210729039 has been issued to Evolution Mining Gold Operations Ltd., amending Permit to Take Water No. 1244-BURTKK for mining dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from underground mine workings located at the Red Lake Mining Operations, located in the Town of Red Lake, District of Kenora, Ontario.

We have issued Permit to take Water No. 7012-CGRSP3 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4804-BNVKGM for Kedron Dells Golf Course Ltd. Water will be taken from one (1) well and one (1) watercourse intake for the purpose of golf course irrigation, located in the City of Oshawa, Ontario. The new permit expires on March 31, 2025.
