The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing is consulting on two provincially initiated proposed amendments to the Parkway Belt West Plan and the Plan’s associated Minister’s Zoning Order, filed as Ontario Regulation 482/73, for lands municipally known as 2084, 2344, 2460 and 2482 Dundas Street in the City of Burlington, Halton Region.
The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing has received a request to make a Minister's Zoning Order for lands at 4423 Highbury Avenue S. in London to facilitate the creation of an industrial park. The Ministry is seeking input on whether this request should be considered and any additional information that may help guide the Minister's decision.
