Water will be taken from one irrigation pond in the Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 10 years.

P-300-1239198339 was issued to Highland Pines Campground Limited for 10 years. Water will be taken from six wells for water supply purposes relating to campground activities, located in the County of Wellington.

The Permit to Take Water No. 3640-D3DQLR was issued to G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Company Limited on April 03, 2024, to renew the permit 5306-9F8L5M. Water will be taken from two ponds for the purpose of construction dewatering, aggregate washing and dust suppression at their Lawson Quarry, located in Athens, Ontario.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Tribute (Cobourg) Limited under Permit No. 1866-D3PMYX issued for 2 years. Water will be taken from three wells for construction dewatering purposes in Coburg, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000330 to GoldON Resources Ltd. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with Limited Operational Flexibility was issued to PWO Canada Incorporated, a motor vehicle parts stamping facility, located at 255 McBrine Drive, in Kitchener, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 2147-D2PJLW was issued to Smeca Inc., operating as Pelham Hills Golf. Water will be taken from a watercourse and a pond for the purpose of golf course irrigation for 10 years.

The approval is granted to 101172801 Saskatchewan Ltd. (Trirock Construction Limited) to operate a waste processing facility located at 5650 Highway 9 in Schomberg, West Gwillimbury, County of Simcoe, Ontario.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Ironclad Properties Inc. under Permit No. P-300-6252342080 issued for 5 years. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes at 1001 Noella Leclair Way located in Ottawa, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of onsite sewage system and subsurface disposal works to service twenty (20) cottages, one (1) reception building; and one (1) clubhouse located at 1462 Old Highway 117, Lake of Bays, Ontario.
