The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) to 2262012 Ontario Limited, for stormwater management works to serve Part 28, 29, 30, 31, Reference Plan 42R-4728, Township of Carling.
An amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) which replaces the current Environmental Compliance Approvals and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions from the facility was issued to SAF-Holland Canada Limited, located at 595 Athlone Avenue, Woodstock.
We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to Hidden Trail Resort Inc. for the installation of an on-site sewage subsurface disposal system, designed to operate at a maximum daily flow of 23,850 litres per day, to serve Hidden Trail Resort facilities located at 162 Hidden Trail Road in Kenora, Ontario.
