We have approved an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air and Noise) for St. Clair Management Corporation, as a General Partner for and on behalf of St. Clair Power, L.P., for St. Clair Energy Centre, an electricity generating facility in the Township of St. Clair, Ontario.

This is the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 1381-95ATPY for Triton Water Canada Holdings, Inc. and is for water bottling purposes. The new issued permit No. is 3133-C5BUH9 and was issued on Monday November 15, 2021 with an expiry date of November 15, 2026.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1143325501 for Rockwell Automation Canada Ltd. was issued on April 23, 2022 for groundwater remediation purposes in the City of Cambridge, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 2530-CNEKXS was issued to Concord Adex Developments Corp. on January 26, 2023 to renew permit No. 1346-B82JN2 for construction dewatering purposes for four years. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to 2582765 Ontario Inc. for stormwater management facility for the collection, treatment and disposal of stormwater runoff from Curry Hill Gas Station site, in the Township of South Glengarry.

We have approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 0463-7RBL8C for Elm Wasaga GC Inc. to take water from a pond for golf course irrigation purposes.

Permit to Take Water No. 7614-BGAKVW was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2410-7T6JT6. The permit was issued on November 7, 2019 with an expiry date of September 23, 2029.

The Permit to Take Water was amended for the Beaver Valley Ski Club. Under permit No. 2753-CK9S8P, issued for 10 years, water will be taken from two ponds and one watercourse for water supply and commercial purpose, located in the County of Grey, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1239651731 was issued to 95 Development Inc. on November 23, 2023. Water will be taken from one sump for foundation drainage purposes at 2992 Sheppard Avenue East in Scarborough, Ontario, for 10 years.

We approved the proposal to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. A230506 for the Bloomington Compost facility to receive up to 70,000 tonnes of materials per year, a 10,000 tonnes per year increase from the current approved amount of up to 60,000 tonnes of materials per year.
