We live in Northern Ontario. We like to trap our own minnows for our own use. We feel that the proposals on baitfish is to restrictive. We feel it should stay the way it is. We don't need to also have a licence to trap our own bait. there have been restrictions already on the books for many years so we do not need anymore.
