Repealing the current environmental bill before even a draft of a new plan is available is irresponsible. It gives organizations an opportunity to pollute our environment in the meantime, against the best interests of Ontario citizens AND the very humans operating these organizations.
I did not vote for your government. You stand for everything I don't. And you have a duty to consider all opinions and the majority opinion, even if it is against your agenda. This bill is not in the best interests of Ontario, Canada, or Planet Earth. In your first 100 days, all you have done is repealed everything important and replaced it with $1 beer. Seriously, the future of my children is at risk. Changing the status quo requires our environmental protections to be stronger, not weaker. The economy will follow. The sector will change. It has to.
