Im our situation here in Nakina, the railroad is the border, I can fish twin lakes where upper twin is in one zone and lower twin is in another zone. there are creeks that flow under the rail bed, i can catch bait from these creeks, how do the MNR know or prove which side of the rail that the bait fish were caught from. I have two traps. one on each side. Question is do I have to keep the bait fish seperate for each lake, lower twin and upper twin?

2nd question who in the MNR biology dept is going to be able to prove where the fish came from? comment from me is this is a VERY STUPID regulation . If they want to stop the use of baitfish. like many other provinces why dont they just do that. Please respond to my email I am very interested in knowing my legal responsabilities and duties.

ps. I will copy and paste both my questions and your response on facebook for all to see.
