In the absence of a concrete and effective policy that will substantially reduce Ontario’s GHG emissions this is an irresponsible and ill-informed policy direction. This Act will fundamentally undermine Ontario’s position as a policy leader in climate policy and will hasten the detrimental effects of climate change.
