Cap and trade needs to return. Cancelling this program neglects the need for climate action. The only reason to cancel this program would be to replace it with a full fledged plan committing 100% to reducing green house gases, accelerating the switch renewable energy and taking action against climate change. It's a shame what the province has done taking away this effective program.
