I am opposed to the Cap And Trade Cancellation Act. We should not be cancelling the cap and trade program until we are ready to implement an even more rigorous program of carbon taxes,
Carbon taxes would reduce emissions and raise funds for: implementing measures to improve energy efficiency in homes and in buildings; for moving from carbon-fuel-based transportation to electric; and for clean sources of electricity.
