I urge the Ontario government to maintain their duty to the environment and conduct a full environmental assessment prior to the construction of highway 413. This project will severely harm Ontario's wetlands which are already suffering. This will severely impact the lives of reptiles and amphibians across the province, as well as a variety of birds. To gloss over the impact on wildlife on behalf of human convenience would make me embarrassed to live in Ontario
