I would like to know what the government's plan to tackle climate change is, if not cap and trade. Perhaps there are flaws with this system, but shouldn't we have an alternative already in place if this is being repealed?

Report after report is saying that not only is man-made climate change very real, but that the situation is also incredibly dire. I have multiple friends that are currently losing sleep worrying about the world's future, given the latest studies and climate projections. How, I honestly wonder, are members of the government sleeping at night? Do none of you have children or grandchildren?

This policy is so short-sighted that, if it were a person, it would have its driver's license immediately revoked. It would rely largely on echolocation to find its way around. I would gladly smack it over the head with the white cane it would need to carry around town, and then I would push the short-sighted policy into oncoming traffic.

I will be actively campaigning against this government for the foreseeable future, and will breathe an enormous sigh of relief when it is unceremoniously swept out of office and our sneering wrecking-ball joke of a Premier gets back to running his daddy's sticker factory into the ground.
