Cancellation of cap and trade is a backwards move. Cap and trade has been proven to be an effective tool. The planet can only take so much, we have pushed beyond reasonable limits and we are now in very dangerous territory. I want my children to live in a world that still has some hope for the future. Cancelling policies and programs that try to move us in the direction of increased environmental responsibility is appalling. The health of the environment is not an “externality”. Please consider our children and our future.
